Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, pre-orders, returns, and our 100% authentic blind box collectibles. Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log into your BlindBox account anytime to see the status.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@blindbox.co.nz. We’ll help track it down and work with the courier on a resolution.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days. Pre-orders may take longer.

Products & Authenticity

Are all your blind boxes authentic?

Yes. All our collectibles are 100% authentic from official brands like POP MART, 52TOYS, and Finding Unicorn. POP MART products include a QR code for verification in the official app.

What is a blind box?

A blind box is a sealed collectible that hides the figure inside until you open it. Each series includes multiple designs, and some include rare “secret” figures.

Will I get duplicates if I order more than one?

Blind boxes are sealed and random by nature. While duplicates are possible, that’s part of the collector experience.

Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are reserved for you before release. Delivery estimates from order date is about 20 working days.

What happens if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?

We will split ship your items.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as they are processed and paid for at the time of purchase. Stock is reserved especially for you, so please choose carefully before placing a pre-order.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for faulty or damaged products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I request a refund?

If your order qualifies, email our team at info@blindbox.co.nz with your order number and details. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Can I return a blind box if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay, and other secure options at checkout.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices on BlindBox include GST.

What currency will I be billed in?

All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Community & Collectors

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes! With BlindBox Rewards, you earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Can I share my unboxing with your community?

Absolutely! We love seeing your surprise pulls and collections.

Can I send a blind box as a gift?

Yes. Just add the recipient’s address at checkout. We don’t include prices inside the package.
